      I am  a N.Y.S. licensed clinical social worker for the elementary schools.  As the school social worker, I provide:
  • Individual/Group Counseling
  • In-class Communications/Social Skills Workshops, Bully Prevention Strategies
  • Parent and school connections
  • Links to community resources for students and families
     

      My in-class workshops are titled "Kids Can Communicate".  These presentations teach children behaviors that enhance positive interactions with peers and increase self esteem.  Children learn to communicate in ways that reflect compassion, caring, and respect for one another.
