The Fourth Graders are busy preparing for the English Language Arts
Assessment which is scheduled for January 13th, 14th,
and 15th. In Social Studies, we just began our unit on
the thirteen
colonies. In Science, we have begun our unit on Physical Science. We are
learning about the properties of matter. In Math, we are continuing our
work with addition and subtraction of larger numbers. We are also
learning about money. Parents can help at home by discussing money while
shopping together. Let your child try to figure out how much change you
are due when you pay for something. We are looking forward to our trip to
the Gregory Museum in January.
