Applications for absentee ballots must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the vote if the ballot is to be mailed or up to one (1) day before if a voter picks up the ballot. Completed ballots must be returned by 5:00 PM on May 16, 2023. Applications may not be submitted more than 30 days before the election (not before April 17, 2023).
