Students at Old Country Road School in Hicksville recently welcomed beloved children’s author Suzanne Lane, creator of the popular Grumpy Monkey books. Lane shared her newest book, “Dragon Dog,” with students and generously signed and donated a copy to every student in grades K–2, creating a special opportunity for young readers to connect with a published author and celebrate the joy of reading.
