Mission

The Family Partnership Program of the Hicksville School District is dedicated to strengthening connections between families, schools, and the community by providing support, resources, and meaningful opportunities that empower every student to succeed.

Core Goals

Strengthen Family Engagement – Create positive and collaborative relationships between families, schools, and community-based organizations to support the overall success and well-being of every student.

Provide Access to Resources – Connect families with educational, social, emotional, and multi-level resources that promote student well-being.

Promote Student Success – Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student through collaborative family involvement.

Build an Inclusive Community – Create welcoming opportunities that celebrate diversity, encourage participation, and ensure every family feels valued and heard.

Empower Families – Offer workshops, activities, programs, and guidance that help parents and caregivers build confidence, leadership, and advocacy skills.
