REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL PROGRAM WILL OPEN -SEPTEMBER TBA

• Students must drop off the registration form at the Athletic Office with a check made payable to: HUFSD
• Please place the registration and check in an envelope and place in the Athletic Office in the labeled bin.
• Registration Forms will be available on this webpage (below) and outside Room 157 at the HS (Athletics Office)

NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER TBA OR AFTER SEPTEMBER TBA

• Please submit a copy of your Learners Permit along with your registration and check payable to HUFSD in a sealed envelope to RM 157 (Athletic Office) at the HS. 
• We will not accept any registrations after SeptemberTBD
• Cost of Program: $675.00 - Checks Payable to : HUFSD

When made available - You can download the registration form at the bottom of this page or pick one up outside the Athletic Office - Rm. 157.
