Petitions nominating candidates for the Hicksville Board of Education shall be filed with the District Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m., on (Date to be determined) (Schools will be closed - District Office will be staffed) at the

Hicksville, NY 11801 

Nominating petitions must be signed by at least 45 qualified voters of the District (representing the greater of 25 qualified voters or 2% of the number of voters who voted in the previous annual election), must state the name and residence of each signer, and the name and residence of the candidate.
